If you’ve lost your debit card or suspect that it’s been stolen, you need to report it immediately! This is the first line of defense against fraudulent transactions. The longer you wait, the higher the chance that someone may use it.

You now have 2 options for reporting a lost or stolen card:

Option #1

  • Logon to your online banking / mobile app
    • Select “Manage Cards” from the menu
    • Select your card
    • Select “Replace Lost or Stolen Card”

Once you do this, your card will be inactive. You will have to contact us if you find it and want it reactivated.

Option #2

  • Call (229)835-1812
    • This number is available 24×7
    • If you call during the day, it routes directly to the Bank
    • If you call after hours, it routes to a call center

It’s a good idea to write this number down or put it into your contacts on your mobile phone, just in case.

If your card has been temporarily misplaced and you’re not sure if it’s been lost, you can always turn the card off in online banking / mobile app as a precautionary measure.
